Prior to joining, Esperta Health, Steve was most recently the President, Healthcare Division, for Tivity Health, a public company providing health and vitality solutions to commercial and Medicare Advantage Health Plans.

Alexandra Lukianoff MD, CWS-P

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Alexandra Lukianoff has over 10 years of intensive wound care experience in addition to serving in the Navy. She has worked as a medical director in three wound care centers and has treated thousands of patients. She leads our clinical team in providing high-quality wound care through our in-home wound care program while continuing to improve healing outcomes for our patients.

Chief Financial Officer

Chad Belletete excels in driving business growth through a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics including finance, analytics, operations, sales, and product development. He has nearly 20 years of finance experience in healthcare, with a focus on delivering results. Prior to joining Esperta Health, Chad served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Surgio Health, where he further honed his skills in financial management and operational excellence. Under Chad’s leadership, Esperta Health is well-positioned to meet its financial objectives while creating significant value for our clients.

Don Marks

Chief Information & Security Officer

Don Marks has spent more than three decades in the technology sector innovating solutions for the financial services and healthcare industries. He leads the delivery of technology and security solutions to support unmatched wound care services for our customers. Don is currently the Chief Information and Security Officer. Prior to joining Esperta Health, Don was most recently the Chief Technology Officer for Tivity Health, a public company providing health and vitality solutions to commercial and Medicare Advantage Health Plans.

Suzanne Kane

Chief Growth Officer

Suzanne has worked in the medical cost management space for the last 36 years. Her focus has been bringing innovative cost management solutions to each line of business served by health plans. She began in utilization management and moved to digital health solutions where she has focused since 2012. She now brings her skills to Esperta where she will again focus on cost management.

Adam Floyd

VP & Managing Director of Corrections

Adam Floyd joins us with a wealth of operational and leadership experience honed by eight years as an officer in the Marine Corps. He brings a unique blend of discipline, strategic thinking, and adaptability to his role. Since transitioning to the civilian sector in 2020, he has excelled in various operational roles within the healthcare industry, leveraging his skills to enhance efficiency and drive organizational success. Adam’s dynamic and results-driven leadership style makes him perfect for steering Esperta Health toward success.

Heather Hawkins MBA, RN, BSN, CWS

Senior Director Clinical Operations

Heather Hawkins is a healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience driving clinical performance, multi-site operations, and scalable care delivery. She previously held progressive leadership roles at Healogics, where she improved outcomes, operational efficiency, and program growth. Known for aligning teams and executing data-driven strategies, Heather is well positioned to support Esperta Health’s growth and expand access to high-quality, patient-centered wound care.
